Hagaon HaRav Yaakov Meir Shechter of Breslov dedicated a Sefer Torah which was given to his Bais Medrash on Chol Hamoed with attendance of 1000s of his Chassidim. A Special Torah cover (Mantel) by the Mefoar Judaica Headquarters in Boro Park designed it with his name on it in the Posuk of (מ’ידי א’ביר ‘יעקב’ מ’שם רעה אבן ישראל” (בראשית פרק מט פסוק כד, Attached are Photos by JDN – of the making of the Historic Torah Cover at Mefoar Judaica.
