I’m appealing too YWN readers for help .This is the story. Around 13 years ago I damaged a Toyota Cressida in Lakewood while I was there for a day. At the time I didn’t try hard enough to find the owner.I’ve been trying to find the owner for the last number of years,and have been unsuccessful.
